Acceptable Use Policy

• Upload photographs of cards you do not own or have no right to photograph, or any unlawful, infringing or offensive content.
• Use the scanner or member tools to value, list or sell counterfeit, altered, trimmed, stolen or otherwise illegitimate cards.
• Scrape, bulk-download, resell, republish or train models on our content, images, guides or valuation output without written permission.
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to use, or bypass authentication, rate limits or security controls.
• Interfere with the service — denial of service, malware, automated request floods, or probing for vulnerabilities without permission.
• Impersonate us, another member, or any third party, or misuse our branding.

Keep your password and authenticator secure and do not share your account. Tell us immediately at hey@vaultedcards.uk if you suspect unauthorised access. Staff accounts are invite-only and must use two-factor authentication.

If you connect a marketplace account such as eBay, you must comply with that marketplace's policies, use your own credentials, and remain responsible for your listings, descriptions, pricing, postage, returns, taxes and legal compliance. Do not use our tools to publish misleading listings or to circumvent marketplace rules.

The scanner is for genuine collectors and sellers. We may apply rate limits, and we may suspend access where usage is automated, abusive or disproportionate.

Report abuse, security issues or infringing content to hey@vaultedcards.uk. We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement where this policy is breached. Serious or repeated breaches may end your access without refund of any unused subscription period.
