No contract of sale is formed on this website. Prices and availability shown here are indicative and may lag behind our live listings. All purchases are completed on our eBay store at https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/vaulted_cards_uk and are subject to eBay's User Agreement and buyer protection in addition to these terms.

We describe cards as accurately as we can, including flaws. Photographs are of the actual item unless a listing clearly states it is a stock image. Colours can vary between screens. Grades stated for slabbed cards are those assigned by the third-party grading company; we do not grade cards ourselves and give no opinion on future grades or resale value.

If an obvious pricing error occurs we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch. Stock is limited to the items physically in the vault.

• You confirm you own the cards outright and they are not stolen, counterfeit, altered or trimmed.
• Postage to us is at your risk until delivered; please send tracked and adequately insured.
• Outright offers are subject to inspection on arrival; if the cards differ materially from your description we will re-quote or return them at your cost.
• Consigned cards remain your property until sold. Commission is agreed in writing before listing and deducted from the final sale price.
• Consignment payouts are settled monthly by bank transfer with an itemised statement, after eBay fees and any agreed postage costs.
• You may withdraw unsold consigned cards at any time on 14 days' notice, with return postage payable by you.

Do not misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it at a rate that disrupts service, or copy our photographs and descriptions for your own listings. All site content, branding and imagery is our intellectual property. Team, league and manufacturer names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear only to describe the cards.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Otherwise our liability in respect of any item is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of anticipated profit on resale.

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
