No contract of sale is formed on this website. Prices and availability shown here are indicative and may lag behind our live listings. All purchases are completed on Vaulted Trading Cards UK at https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/vaultedtradingcardsuk and are subject to eBay's User Agreement and buyer protection in addition to these terms.

We describe cards as accurately as we can, including flaws. Photographs are of the actual item unless a listing clearly states it is a stock image. Colours can vary between screens. Grades stated for slabbed cards are those assigned by the third-party grading company; we do not grade cards ourselves and give no opinion on future grades or resale value.

If an obvious pricing error occurs we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch. Stock is limited to the items physically in the vault.

• We do not buy cards from members, we do not sell cards on your behalf and we do not take cards on consignment or commission.
• Our scanning, valuation and listing tools help you list your own cards on your own marketplace account, where you remain the seller of record.
• You confirm you own the cards you scan or list and that they are not stolen, counterfeit, altered or trimmed.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of any listing you publish, including titles, descriptions, condition, pricing, postage, taxes and compliance.
• Please do not post cards to us; we do not accept cards sent in for purchase, grading or storage.

Every valuation, price range, comparable sale, rarity note, grading prediction, listing suggestion and card identification produced by this website, our AI scanner or our team is provided for general reference and guidance only. It is an estimate based on incomplete public market data, it is not a formal valuation, appraisal, authentication, grading opinion, insurance figure, investment advice or an offer to buy, and no contract or commitment arises from it.

Figures are compiled from third-party data sources: recorded sold comparables supplied by Card Hedge, an independent price guide supplied by SportsCardsPro and PriceCharting, and live asking prices retrieved from eBay UK. Those sources are outside our control and may be incomplete, delayed, mismatched to your exact card or parallel, or simply wrong. Amounts recorded in other currencies are converted to sterling at an indicative exchange rate shown with the result. All prices displayed are indicative estimates based on those sources, and we accept no responsibility or liability for their accuracy, availability or continuity, or for any pricing decision you take in reliance on them.

• Card markets move quickly; figures can be wrong or out of date the moment they are produced.
• Live asking prices show what sellers are asking, not what cards sell for, and are shown for context only.
• AI identification can misread photographs, parallels, print runs, serial numbering and grades.
• We accept no responsibility or liability for any decision you make, buying, selling, pricing, listing, insuring or holding a card, in reliance on information from this site.
• You are responsible for verifying anything that matters to you, and for taking independent professional, financial or tax advice where appropriate.
• Trading cards are a collectible, not a regulated investment. Values can fall as well as rise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all information on this site is provided "as is" and without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. See our Disclaimer for detail.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and authenticator secure, and for all activity under your account.
• Where you link a third-party marketplace account (for example eBay) you authorise us to act only as instructed by you through our tools, and you remain the seller of record and responsible for your own listings, descriptions, pricing, postage, taxes and compliance.
• You must hold your own valid developer or seller credentials where required, and comply with that marketplace's policies.
• We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, fee changes, listing removals, account restrictions or losses arising from them.
• Paid membership features are billed in advance, renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time from your billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Do not misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it at a rate that disrupts service, or copy our photographs and descriptions for your own listings. All site content, branding and imagery is our intellectual property. Team, league and manufacturer names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear only to describe the cards.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Otherwise our liability in respect of any item is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of anticipated profit on resale.

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
