Authenticity & Grading

If any card you buy from us is ever shown to be counterfeit, trimmed, recoloured or otherwise altered, we will refund you in full — including postage — with no time limit. Send us the evidence and we will make it right.

• Print quality, dot pattern and gloss against a known genuine comparison.
• Card stock thickness and edge profile for signs of trimming.
• Autographs against the manufacturer's certified authentication where applicable.
• Slab and label integrity, plus verification of the certificate number on the grader's own database.

Grades quoted are those assigned by PSA, BGS, SGC or another third-party grader, never our own opinion. We publish the certificate number so you can verify it yourself before buying. We give no guarantee about what a raw card would grade if submitted.

Raw cards are described honestly. Where a card has a soft corner, surface scratch, print line or off-centre cut, we say so and photograph it. We would rather lose a sale than overstate a card.

We inspect all incoming collections. Anything we believe to be counterfeit or altered will not be listed and will be returned to you with an explanation. Email hey@vaultedcards.uk with any questions.
