Authenticity & Grading

Our own vaulted cards are sold through our eBay store, so every sale runs under eBay's terms and buyer protection. We are collectors, not an authentication service, and we do not hold ourselves out as experts. Anything we know about a card is set out in the listing itself.

If a card you buy from us is shown to be counterfeit, trimmed, recoloured or otherwise altered, contact us with the evidence and we will resolve it, normally by refunding you in full. Purchases made through our eBay store are also covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee.

Grades quoted are those assigned by PSA, BGS, SGC or another third-party grader, never our own opinion. Where a certificate number is available it is shown in the listing so you can verify it yourself before buying. We give no guarantee about what a raw card would grade if submitted.

Raw cards are described as we see them, and condition is a matter of judgement rather than expert assessment. Always read the listing and the photographs before buying, and use the eBay listing terms if anything is not as described.

We do not buy cards or sell them on your behalf. If you list your own cards through the vault, you are the seller of record and responsible for the authenticity, description and condition of what you sell. Email hey@vaultedcards.uk with any questions.
