Returns & Refunds

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. This is more generous than the 14-day cancellation right you have under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which also applies.

• Cards must come back in the same condition and protective packaging they were sent in.
• Graded slabs must be returned in the same slab, uncracked, with the certificate intact.
• We may reduce a refund to reflect handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item.

Open a return through your eBay purchase history, or email hey@vaultedcards.uk with your order number. We will confirm the return address and, where the return is because the item was faulty, mis-described or the wrong item, we cover return postage. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is yours.

Refunds are issued within two working days of the item arriving back with us, to your original payment method via eBay. Your bank may take a few further days to show it.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days, and to a repair, replacement or refund after that. Nothing here affects those rights.

Because every sale runs through eBay, you are also covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. If we ever fail to resolve something, eBay can step in — that protection sits behind every order and costs you nothing.
