Delivery & Packing

Every card we sell is bought through our eBay store, not through this website. The dispatch estimate, postage service, cost and delivery date shown on that eBay listing are the terms of the sale, and they take precedence over anything written here.

We do not promise a particular packing method, handling standard or dispatch window on this website. Whatever the eBay listing states at the point of sale is what applies.

The postage service and its cost are shown on each eBay listing before you commit to buy. Where a listing offers a tracked or signed-for service, the details appear at checkout.

Where combined postage is available it is applied through eBay at checkout. If in doubt, message us on eBay before buying.

We post to the destinations shown on the individual eBay listing. Import duty, customs charges and local VAT are the buyer's responsibility. We declare contents and value honestly and will not mark parcels as gifts.

If a parcel has not arrived by the estimated delivery date on the listing, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier. eBay Money Back Guarantee also covers items that do not arrive. Email hey@vaultedcards.ukor message us on eBay.
