Vaulted Cards UK
Delivery & Packing
Cards are fragile and postage is where most sellers let collectors down. Here is exactly what we do.
Last updated August 2026
1. Dispatch times
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are normally posted the same day; otherwise the next working day. The dispatch estimate shown on the eBay listing always takes precedence.
2. How we pack
- Raw singles: penny sleeve, then toploader or semi-rigid, then team bag, then a rigid card mailer.
- Graded slabs: bubble-wrapped, immobilised in a fitted box, then a padded outer.
- Multi-card orders: bundled and secured together, never loose in an envelope.
3. Services and costs
Lower-value orders go by Royal Mail Large Letter, usually 1st Class. Higher-value orders and anything over £30 go tracked, and orders over £100 go tracked and signed for at no extra cost to you. Exact postage is shown on each eBay listing before you commit to buy.
4. Combined postage
Buy several items and we will combine them into one parcel and refund the difference in postage, or add them to your cart on eBay and the discount is applied automatically.
5. International delivery
We post worldwide where the listing allows it. Import duty, customs charges and local VAT are the buyer's responsibility. We declare contents and value honestly and will not mark parcels as gifts.
6. Delays and lost parcels
If a tracked parcel has not arrived within 10 working days (20 for international), contact us and we will open a claim and either replace the item where possible or refund you in full. Email hey@vaultedcards.uk or message us on eBay.
