A note on linking your eBay account
eBay only allows business seller accounts to connect third-party tools, so direct publishing is available on Unlimited to business sellers. If you sell as a private seller, Starter and Pro still write every listing for you: copy the title, description and specifics straight into eBay's listing form. Nothing is lost except one paste.
Vaulted Pro is for sellers listing on their own eBay account — Vaulted Cards UK does not handle payment, postage or returns on those sales. Prefer us to do it? Consignment is a flat 15%.

- Do I pay per card scan or per listing?
- No. There is no per-scan charge and no per-listing fee. Once you are on a Vaulted Pro membership, every scan and valuation is included in your monthly price. You only ever pay the flat subscription — nothing extra for using the scanner.
- How many scans can I do each month?
- It depends on your plan. Starter includes up to 50 AI scans and listings a month, Pro includes up to 250, and Unlimited has no fixed cap. Your scan allowance resets each billing period and is shown in your account dashboard.
- What happens if I use all my scans?
- Your account shows exactly how many scans you have used and how many remain. If you hit your plan limit, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time and the extra scans start immediately. You never lose access to scans or vault records you have already created.
- Can I try scanning before I subscribe?
- Yes. Every visitor gets one free AI valuation with no account or payment needed. If you want unlimited scans, monthly allowances and the vault tools, you can subscribe to a Vaulted Pro plan.
- Do you sell the card for me?
- No — Vaulted Pro is tools only. You stay the seller and keep the full sale price. If you'd rather we did the work, we take cards on consignment at a flat 15%.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from your billing page and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Your scans stay in your vault.
- How accurate are the valuations?
- They're indicative, not a guarantee. Every figure comes with the comparable sales and reasoning behind it so you can judge it yourself.
- Will it link to my eBay account?
- Direct publishing is available on Unlimited, and eBay only allows business seller accounts to connect third-party tools. On Starter and Pro you copy the generated title, description and item specifics straight into eBay's listing form, which works with any account type.
