Both are chrome sets from Panini with the same parallel structure. Prizm uses a plain chrome stock and is the flagship; Mosaic uses a patterned mosaic stock, has its own insert sets and usually sells for less. Mosaic is the better value entry point.
Are Mosaic cards a good investment?
